Obtained a full acquittal on violation of a general regulation which precluded a soldier from entrusting his car keys to someone he knew or should have known was intoxicated. The military panel acquitted the NCO. US v. Army E-6
Obtained a sentence of "no punishment" from a military panel after the panel convicted a NCO of abusing her four-year step-son with a belt. US v. Army E-5
Obtained the dismissal of 10 special courts-martial cases against soldiers charged with drug use after investigation uncovered evidence of unlawful command influence.
Successfully represented an Army E-5 in an administrative reduction board, the NCO retained his rank and returned to duty.

Convinced military judges to retain soldiers following guilty pleas on 5 occasions. US v. Army E-4 (over $20,000 bad checks), US v. Army E-4 (counterfeiting), US v Army E-4 (internet fraud), US v. Army E-4 (AWOL, drug use) and US v. Army E-5 (drug use).
Successfully convinced command to rescind chapter separation after a military board decided to discharge the NCO, allowing the NCO to remain on active duty. US v. Army E-5
Persuaded a military panel to retain a soldier after he was convicted of violently shaking and permanently disabling his infant son. US v. Army E-6
Successfully negotiated a "conditional plea" for a soldier who pled guilty to murder for his involvement in a robbery of a soldier in Frankfurt. US v. Army E-2
Successfully negotiated for the approval of eight Chapter 10 Discharges in Lieu of Trial by Court-Martial and persuaded the Commanding General to dismiss a separate case referred to a Special-Court Martial, directing the disposition by non-judicial punishment instead.
